Quiet + focus

Hey guys, so I recently finished up my stay at Sam's place and I gotta say, you'd be missing out by not getting a spot here. For starters, the house is actually pretty nice. Plenty of room between three roommates even if you end up sharing a bathroom. There's a garage that can fit two cars easily as well. It's nice and clean when you get in, the bathrooms are nice and there's plenty of space for you to put stuff you need like snacks, food, plates, appliances etc.
The property manager went above and beyond taking care of whatever needs we had while staying (including helping my dumbass out of a jam at like 12am when I accidentally locked myself out of my room lol). They were also not overbearing in any sense, no constant visits and what not, just a check up every once in a while but available at all times if you need.
The neighborhood is also hella quiet, you'll almost certainly never have a problem with any neighbors, and it's pretty close to [FAA Academy]. There's no issues with noise or anything like that, it's just a really good environment to get your studying done. It's not too far from a bunch of stores and food places either. The only thing is those lights are a bit long so crossing an intersection takes more time than it should lol.
Overall I was very happy with my stay there and since I'm on track to go back to the academy in the future for additional training, I plan on trying to stay at Sam's Place again if it's an option.
