Each Sam’s Place home houses up to three FAA Academy students, with one private bedroom per resident and shared furnished common spaces. Every home follows the same Sam’s Place standard.

- The master bedroom has a private bathroom; the other two share the full hallway bathroom.
- Study-ready bedroom
- A dedicated desk and monitor in every bedroom.
- Full kitchen + laundry
- Cook at home. Use the in-home washer and dryer.
- Parking + garage
- Residential parking and shared garage access. Arrangements depend on your room assignment.
A private-bathroom room is not guaranteed by requesting it. Room assignment depends on availability.

You’ll share the home with up to two other FAA Academy students, with one student per private bedroom. These homes are reserved for Academy students, not unrelated general-market tenants.
Want to stay with classmates? Tell us when you send your dates. Placement depends on matching dates and room availability, and cannot be guaranteed until availability is confirmed.
